Perhaps what most distinguishes The Hill at Whitemarsh from other CCRCs is its location in the Whitemarsh Valley adjacent to historic Erdenheim Farm. The Farm not only serves as a gorgeous backdrop for our community, but also comprises 450 acres that have played a vital role in the agricultural history of our region. Ensuring the preservation of Erdenheim Farm and the surrounding valley is the mission of the Whitemarsh Foundation, and support for this organization is a bedrock of The Hill community.
