The Hill at Whitemarsh’s Response to COVID-19

The COVID-19 crisis has changed the way we live. The Hill at Whitemarsh has swiftly adapted to keep our community safe and healthy, reduce anxieties and provide peace of mind for residents during this challenging time.

We’re committed to helping our residents maintain a level of normalcy in their everyday lives by connecting with family members, friends and staff safely through digital channels. We’re utilizing our in-house TV system, resident portal and website to host events and activities that help residents uphold their active lifestyle as much as possible while remaining apart.

All staff members are being carefully screened and our services are being conducted with appropriate modifications to keep our residents and staff safe — we’re all in this together. Rest assured that we’re following all CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidance and taking the appropriate precautions to protect our residents and staff to ensure the well-being of our community.

We understand that restricting access to visitors during this time is difficult. We encourage you to maintain a connection with your friends and family via phone, video chat, email or whatever channel is best for your loved ones.
