Letter from Our CEO Corey J. Evans

Dear Readers,

Autumn always brings with it a reminder of change–a visual transformation of the leaves serving as a sign of the shifting seasons and the inevitable drop in temperature. This new season also brings exciting new changes to our community.

The Hill’s long-awaited state-of-the-art Memory Care Neighborhood opens its doors this fall. Built from the ground up to provide comprehensive care to those living with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, every detail has been designed to promote independence in a safe, calm, and inviting atmosphere. The completion of this area marks the final phase of expansion and renovation for The Health Center at The Hill at Whitemarsh. We’re deeply grateful to the many donors whose generosity made this project possible.

We also welcomed new residents as they moved into the recently completed 5300 building at Hawk Ridge. Construction on the 5400 building will commence this fall. With every unit under contract, we mark an exciting milestone for our community.

We continue to receive overwhelming interest in joining our community, and our occupancy has remained steady at more than 97%. This figure attests to the exceptional senior living experience that only The Hill provides. We are proud to be a community where every resident feels valued, cared for, and truly at home.

Personally, I always find autumn to be a season of gratitude. I am truly grateful to be part of this community and incredibly proud of all that we have accomplished together.

Warm regards,
Corey J. Evans
