Letter from Our CEO Corey J. Evans

Dear Readers,
This past fall marked a period of new beginnings for The Hill.
In November, we held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of our long-awaited Memory Care Neighborhood, McKeown House. The addition of this new wing of our Dixon Health Center represents a significant milestone for our community. As the result of years of planning, collaboration, and dedication, this expansion of our health services will secure The Hill’s position as the region’s foremost retirement community.
By providing the most specialized, state-of-the-art care, we are ensuring the very best for our residents while giving families the peace of mind and confidence that their loved ones are living in the safest, most supportive environment. This success would not be possible without our incredible team members, our partners, and our many generous donors.
Another new beginning this past fall was the start of construction on the very last of our residential buildings, The Terraces at 5400 Hawk Ridge. With this final building underway, another of The Hill’s long-term goals will become a reality. We have reached 98 percent occupancy, a key performance target that is even more impressive as demand to be part of our community remains strong.
The Hill at Whitemarsh has truly never been stronger. I am immensely proud and honored to be part of this new chapter for our exceptional community. We all have so much to look forward to, including many meaningful moments and memories that will continue to be created for all of us at The Hill.
Sincerely,
Corey J. Evans
